Influenza: Drink plenty of fluids, take aspirin or acetaminophen to control headache and other aches and pains, rest, and don't expose others e.g. cover coughs & stay home from work or school a few days. (Everything your mom did when you were little!) Otherwise sit tight; it will get better soon. If severe (high fever, bad head or muscle aching, bad cough) see a doctor for possible antiviral Rx e.g. Tamiflu (oseltamivir).
