Um, no.: Try using condoms or bcp to reduce risk of pregnancy. The condoms also prevent std transmission. Jumping rope will not bounce/hop the semen out of you, sorry.

Kegel exercises help to strengthen the vaginal floor muscles and can hasten this return to normal. Weight loss, avoiding constipation, avoiding acidic drinks/foods can also help. If symptoms last &gt;6 months talk to your DR.

Pregnant/exercise: 26yo female at 5 weeks gestation desire to know the effect of jumping on pregnancy.  At the early part of pregnancy like yours, it most likely will not affect you. Kindly note that exercise such as jumping, bicycle ans and contact sports are not recommended, however walking, swimming and slow exercises are allowed. Can call one's ObGyn: With a prior history of 2 miscarriages, it's probably safer to get seen. One can be checked by her Ob-Gyn doctor. That may mean going now to the hospital's Labor and Delivery ward to be monitored to see what is going on, depending on how the doctor handles these issues at 6 months gestation. Monitoring can see how the uterus is behaving, how the baby is reacting (baby's heart rate pattern), etc...

: Gas buildup in the gastrointestinal tract can be either due to excessive gas formation or normal gas that doesn't travel down the gi tract down to the rectum where it can be expelled. Avoid gassy foods&amp;gassy beverages. Take simethicone 1/2 hours after meals to prevent gas formation &amp; buildup. Drink hot water and apply heat to the abdomen to relieve severe bloating. Continue fatty liver follow-up.
