: In this setting I think it's very important to be evaluated, followed and advised by a rheumatologist. The low wbc is suspicious. There is other specialized testing to pinpoint the cause of your elevated ANA and to make an accurate diagnosis as well to begin early treatment if deemed advisable.

Unclear question: Blood test can detect pregnancy within a few days of implantation of the fertilized egg and is generally positive as soon as one day after a missed period. If you are ten weeks pregnant the blood test will be positive. Home pregnancy test will also be positive.

Patience.: A blood test isn't needed. There's no need to rush. A urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and therefore lead to a repeat test. If a woman has her normal regular period, then she is not pregnant, and a test is not needed.

Pregnant?: If the "blood test" was for HCG, and was negative, wait for another week and do the serum test again. Sometimes pregnancy can occur outside the uterus (ectopic), so if bleeding starts, still obtain the test, and if positive see your ob/gyn provider for an exam and possible ultrasound.

Hard to guess: Patience is a virtue that all prospective parents should seek. It is most valuable for raising children. A urine pregnancy test done correctly gives a reliable result 2 weeks after an embryo transfer (making it unlikely to be a false negative if it is negative). Hopefully, it will be a positive, but there should be no need to give it another thought until then.

Hmm, well...: The negative test and fact that your period is now present would go against being pregnant. It does sound as if you were pregnant though in the recent past. Miscarriages are more common than you would think, and maybe your body was not ready for pregnancy. Sometimes, but...: That is very early, so often the test will still be negative, and one will end up retesting. Patience is a vital virtue for any aspiring parent-to-be.  One should just wait 3 weeks after the estimated date of fertilization, and test then.

Need follow up: If your home pregnancy test is consistently positive with a negative blood pregnancy test then this is not normal. Follow up with an Obgyn is warranted to clear up the discrepancy. Brown discharge is old blood.
