See answer: Neither birth control nor fertility and getting pregnant is an exact science and there are many variables and variations seen amongst individuals. Once Implanon is removed, the medicine is pretty much out of your system after about 1 week. However, the return of your hormones, fertility, and menstrual cycles to normal may take some time and varies from one individual to the next. Patience required.

It takes a couple with no fertility related issues ~8 months to conceive. If you are trying to conceive  and you have no success after 1 year i would seek professional advice on the options available. Don't worry yet.

Anyone having intercourse without birth control or condoms is at risk of getting pregnant. If sperm is deposited in the vagina then pregnancy is possible.Check a test in 10 days.

Yes: The hormone levels released from your implant do decrease over time.  After 3 years the hormone level maintained in your blood by the implant may not be enough to prevent pregnancy.  You can still conceive even with an expired implanon.

yes possible: As sperm can be viable unto 5 days in the female genital system , fertilization is possible ( pregnancy ) , if Depo-Provera shot did not prevent implantation , contraceptives has 1 % failure rate. Get a pregnancy test done or speak to your doctor.

Sure, but...: Many things are possible in life... but that would be very, very unlikely. Contraceptive protection from an implant such as Implanon is not noticeably different the week before a new implant is due, the week that it is due, and the week after it is due. After that, the protection gradually drops off. Protection does not suddenly vanish while a woman is waiting for her implant replacement.
