Depends: It very much depends where and for how long the "blood clots" have been present. If they developed as a result of the accident her prognosis is pretty much the same as it was at the time of her injury....if new ..they could affect the outlook.  Have a "long talk" with her caregvers. Tell them about your concerns and have the rest of the family there!

: Abnormal clotting of the blood in the body can cause clots in the brain circulation as can aneurysms and other causes. Bilateral means on both sides and frontal means in the frontal bone (in front)

Not causative: Concussion is an alteration in consciousness associated with brain injury.  Deep brain centers for consciousness are often damaged by rapid rotation or acceleration-deceleration of the brain.  In these cases blood clots may also occur.  The blood clots can be a surgical emergency even when concussion does not occur.

Depends: This depends on the mechanism of injury and age of the patient. Majority of head injuries lead to bleeding immediately after impact, due to disruption of blood vessels in the tissues. If an initial ct does not show any bleeding, risks are relatively low to have a delayed bleeding.

: Attempting to interpret your post, in the absence of temporal duration, age, prior health, medications being used, and "brain stem" signs, it would be fair to state that prognosis would be guarded at best.  An EEG at this point might objectify underlying brain function. Ongoing conferences with the medical team are advised.  Wish you and the family the best outcome.

Nose Bleed Clots: It is normal to have clots come out of the nose after a nose bleed. This means you form clots, a healthy part of stopping active bleeding. 
What is irritating your nose? If the bleeding persists, go see your primary healthcare provider or an ENT doctor.

Youneed to see docto: Have your family doctor or an ENT doctor to check you. Nasal bleeding should not be ignored as it can be due to a serious blood disorder in some cases. So a physical exam and a blood count(CBC) should be done ASAP!

yesterday i had a bloody nose twice and today twice.when i blew my nose a huge blood clot came out. i never get a bloody nose.should i be worried?

Depends...: Not knowing your age, medical condition, medications............at this time of year, it is dry nasal mucosa related bleed. If you are on ASA hold it. If allergy hx...take Loratadine, Nasonex, (mometasone) Singulair.
Using a dab of antibiotic ointment in a Q tip, applying inside nostril at bed time, hydrating yourself, taking Vit C  will help.
