i'm on a bland diet for gastritis, gluten, diary free and vegeration also. i eat 4 times/day small meals, but i have 1stool/week. what can i do?

See below: Increase fiber intake to 35 grams/day. Prunes and other dried fruit like apricots are natural laxatives and helpful. Drink an extra 4 glasses of water daily. Consult your doctor

i had gallbladder surgery 4 days ago. doing very well. tired of bland diet, what can i eat? i'm afraid to eat anything not bland!

Anything, but...: Beware. Any food with oils, fats, or dairy may cause cramping and / or diarrhea. None of these will hurt your body, you just may not feel so well. As for bland diets, there is no reason that what you eat can't be flavorful. Spices and seasonings have nothing to do with bile and its functions.

PPI vs H2 block: Long standing reflux can be pre malignant and requires formal
evaluation ;management must include hygienic intervention such as avoidance of late food ;caffeine etc as well as medicines under physician supervision

: It may just be items in the food that is causing problems that you should identify and eliminate. You could look more at: FODMAP  fermentable oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides and polyols, that the small intestine absorbs poorly. Some people experience digestive distress after eating them. Symptoms include: Cramping Diarrhea and you should research this so you understand low FODMAP.
