Vague .: Pl  be  specific  about  change  as  this  does  not  make  any  sense  .Eat  healthy  and  exc  is  good  for  every  thing.  , may  be  saline  rinse  might  help. .  If  you  went  up  to  the  level  of MRI  get  skin  test  and  ENT  consult.

Depressed?: You may find out more by also consult a psychiatrist, to see if there is something getting you stressed, anxious, etc. I assume you sleep normally, your energy levels are ok, you feel motivated, etc. Talking about it will certainly help.

Other non spine : Problems can present as back pain while a typical back problem does not usually stop you from eating unless the pain makes you not want to eat.  Gastrointestinal problems such as with a gallbladder, pancreas or ulcer issue can present this way as can reproductive organ issues and kidney / renal issues as well as certain vascular issues .  See your physician for an evaluation.

i get headaches a lot, had an mri but nothing showed up, i especially wake up with them,i notice they go away after i eat, was wondering if i was getting them cause of my sugar being down, i take meds for it, im prediabetic, should i eat a snack then?

: If you've been taking antidiabetic medications for prediabetes, your blood sugar could be dipping too low depending upon the type of medication you're taking. Usually diet and lifestyle changes are sufficient in the prediabetic. I assume you're not testing your blood sugars which would be worthwhile. Also ruling out elevated blood pressure upon awakening is important if you can check it.

Pain: You didn't mention where the pain is located.  Please continue to see your doctors and ask for physical therapy.  A PT can give you exercises that may be very helpful.  Ask doc about natural anti-inflammatory such as good quality fish oil or turmeric.  Peace and good health.

Symptoms : Symptoms of numbness of the entire body from the neck down can have many causes.  Of these many causes, a process involving part of the spinal cord in the neck would be the most concerning.  Spinal cord problems could include syringomyelia or transverse myelitis, which can sometimes cause sensory problems without weakness.

Numbness from the neck down can also be caused by psychogenic (also known as somatoform, or "stress induced") problems, which can often be most challenging for the physician and patient to resolve.  Psychogenic numbness can increase the chance of diagnosing something that is not actually there (leading to unnecessary and potentially dangerous tests and treatments) or lead to missing a diagnosis of an organic problem (potentially delaying appropriate treatment).

A stroke in the brain would probably not cause symptoms of isolated numbness of the entire body from the neck down.

Problems involving the spinal cord in the neck can be seen using an MRI of the cervical spine, usually done with and without gadolinium contrast.
