Please Clarify: I am not sure what you are asking.  Most humans drink  more than three cups of liquids daily.  

Now on to veggie smoothies.  Three cups of veggie smoothie surely seems like a lot of carbohydrate or sugar calories to ingest on a daily basis. If you are obese or in any way prone to diabetes this would not sound like a wise choice.

You're fine: It's almost impossible to overdose on vitamins. You'll pee out what you can't use. You do need to be careful with vitamin a and vitamin d, but the amounts found in multivitamins and smoothies aren't worrisome.

They: Add fiber, vitamins and energy,  lack protein, but you need some of these essentials along with resistance workout's and protein.

Ingredients: Figure out what is in the smoothies, you are reacting to something, many have milk in them. So if you are lactose intolerant, that may be the problem-.

Sounds good to me : If you can comfortably drink that much in one sitting, it shouldn&#x27;t be a problem. That&#x27;s a large volume of anything;  but the fiber and veggies sound good for you. Good for you!
