Please Clarify: I am not sure what you are asking. Most humans drink more than three cups of liquids daily. Now on to veggie smoothies. Three cups of veggie smoothie surely seems like a lot of carbohydrate or sugar calories to ingest on a daily basis. If you are obese or in any way prone to diabetes this would not sound like a wise choice.
