i recently hit the top front of my head on a low hanging door frame walking at full stride. now, 2 days later, i am having a sudden, sharp headache when i try and climb a set of stairs. could there be any correlation between these?

39 male notice if i climb stairs about 2 flights my legs feel like they are going g to give out. even running up hill. o2 resting is 97 98 after a run goes to 95 then goes up seen it as low as 93 after running. is this normal?

Possibly: Vitamin D deficiency could cause aching legs and sore knees. 
A more common cause of knee pain in a young healthy woman is when the kneecap doesn't track straight in the groove.  Pain worse with stairs is classic. Usually pain in the front of the knee.  "patello-femoral pain syndrome".  PT will help.  Exercise to strengthen the medial quadriceps.  good luck! :-)

hiii i am 22 year old... . so i have this chest pain from past two months its majorly below my breasts and sides of sternum and near collar bone....i some times get heart palpitations after climbing stairs my rbc count is bit low my  heart rate 85?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Two thoughts: If your breasts are large that may explain some. If you are losing too much blood in periods that may be causing anemia and adding to the symptoms. Take oral iron and multivitamins, exercise regularly.

No: It takes a very significant trauma to the abdomen to injure the fetus.Think of a raw egg-no matter how hard you shake it,if you crack it open the yolk is intact.

: At you age wear&amp;tear OA I very unlikely. Possibilities in your age group, other than injuries or overuse, include Osgood-Schlatter disease(patellar tendonitis)juvenile arthritis, osteochondritis dessicans. I recommend consulting a rheumatologist for diagnosis,advice,&amp; treatment.

Around 1 year: Between 9 and 12 months, babies learn to crawl. By 12 months, most are starting to pull up and cruise on objects, and many are walking. Shortly thereafter they start to try to climb things. I always caution parents to start with the "mobile childproofing" around 7 to 9 months to avoid the "early walkers" and the accidents that happen when parents didn't know their children were that mobile.

Maybe: Stair climbing place significant impact on the knee cap.  So, if you have knee pain related to either inflammation or arthritis of the knee cap (front of knee), then stairs may not be he best things to do.  Along that line, things like kneeling or squatting are not great for knees as well.
