Lid or cornea: Herpes can infect the lids like herpes on any part of the skin of the body.  It will self heal fairly quickly with no scarring.  Herpes on the cornea makes the eye red, may affect vision and can cause serious scarring with loss of vision.  This should be seen by your ophthalmologist right away.

No: Unless you already have herpes to begin with, you cannot get it by touching your genitals then another part of your body.  If you have active herpes and are concerned you may have spread it to your eye by contact, that is also unlikely.

Herpes eye infection: There are two main families of herpes viruses: herpes simplex and herpes zoster.  Herpes zoster is the virus that causes chicken pox and shingles.
Herpes simplex can be divided into two types: one that is sexually transmitted and causes genital herpes and one that causes cold sores/fever blisters.  
All can infect the eye and cause vision loss.  Find out from your doctor which you have.

No risk, no worries: In theory this might happen, but probably never does. Of course you should always washing your hands after using the toilet, but this advice is important mostly to prevent intestinal infections (e.g. viral diarrhea), not to prevent herpes or other STDs. Don't worry about it.

No antibodies: Herpes Simplex or Zoster lives in the nerve.  It shows up with stress, sun and low immune status.  The best prevention is if you get cold sore on your mouth or other site please wash your hand with soap and water.  Please avoid touching your eyes.

No: Although you can self infect yourself with herpes, it usually occurs on the finger by touching the lesions. I am not aware of a case where the eye gets infected.

Herpes transmission : Herpes is infectious  if mucus  membrane to  mucus membrane  contact. There is  a possibility  since the baby touched the mouth and then their eyes/ mouth and is 14 weeks . May  consider prophylactic  acyclovir by mouth since the baby is so young.The baby should be monitored for fever or pain  and if any signs  go to ER  Call the pediatrician today to discuss. Herpes is serious in babies.

so i might have been exposed to herpes within the last 2 daysthats not what im worried about. i havnt showed symptoms such as cold sores. but i touched my mouth and then touched my eyes. can i spread it to my genital this way?

Unlikely: Direct spread to genitalia more common-ie sexual activity
