Accepted Answer

Possible: Anatomically badder and rectum are close to each other to some extent. Having said that it s also possible the symptoms could be independent of each  other. Only way to distinguish is to get checked and treated.

2 rounds of atibitics for uti and still feel pressure. pain above groin and sometimes goes to side.  i have nitrites in urine but that's it,  help?

Stone history?: Kidney or ureteral stones can often present with groin pain with associated flank pain, along with and infection that can not be cleared in the setting of obstruction by the stone. Ask your doctor about a non-contrast CT, in order to rule out stones.

can hemorrhoids cause you to feel pressure in the anal are?  i feel  a lump in anus . no bleeding or pain. colonoscopy done 3 yrs ago.  ok

Yes: If you feel a lump there which is painful, could be a thrombosed hemorrhoid. This just means blood in the hemorrhoud clotted. Go see your surgeon. The simple fix is to cut it open, and drain the clot.

Unlikely: Internal hemorrhoids are an unlikely cause of your urinary symptoms. Try increasing your water intake to dilute out if it is something in the urine that is causing burning sensation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

No: High blood pressure is a marker of the arterial pressure. The hemorrhoid is a venous congestion. So, mostly the answer to your question is no.

urine test positive for wbc negative for nitrate. was on analpram for hemorrhoid for 3 weeks no off for week and a half. can this cause wbc in urine?

Not likely: This is not likely. Adequate fluid intake and if symptoms  get treated otherwise repeat urinalysis and do what is called a clean catch. Ask clinic staff to guide you in collection

Seek medical help: If you are bleeding that heavily you need to be seen right away! a good rule of thumb-a pad  or more per hour for 2-3 hours, go in. You could become severly anemic and need medical attention.  Other symptoms of severe anemia are light headedness, dizziness, short of breath, or rapid heart beat. If you have these go in immediately.

Sitz baths: You have hemorrhoids and burn after peeing.  Try frequent sitz bath.  If you can keep the area clean and dry then the healing can begin.  Try it for three days if no better then try a barrier cream like zinc oxide for babies with diaper rash.  It should only take a few days.  If it worsens see your doctor.

had hemorrhoid banding and laser. slight bleeding again after a month without any. when it's inflamed it causes pain when i urinate sometimes. ?

See remark: I would not worry about slight bleeding.That area would take time to heal.You can take sitz bath.(sit in a warm tub for 15 minutes couple of times a week.
You can phone your doctor for any bothering issue.
Naturally.inflammation in that vicinity may cause pain to the urinary tract,again check with your doctor

NO: Should not unless you have chronic constipation for which you are sitting on the toilet for long period.
