Probably yes: I suspect that the stress can result in disordered or even missed periods but let's see what the gynecologists say about this.  (others will answer, i'm sure).

how likely is it that provera 10mg twice a day for 7 days, will cause me to have blood clots, thrombosis. stroke, heart attack etc? i'm desperate for a family and been given this to fix period. but have health anxiety and side effects scare me so bad?

: If you're not a smoker, &amp; have no history of blood clots,phlebitis  or stroke, I would have no concerns about taking provera for a week. It is a very commonly prescribed hormone for women. Your gynecologist, who knows you well, can also reassure you.

yesterday, my legs felt like jello, i felt slightly dizzy and nauseous with dull left arm pain and migraine. i am on my period. is this a heart attack?

Probably not: This would be rare in an 18 year old, but you should see your primary care doctor for an evaluation.

smoking, obesity, hypertension, hyperlipemia, diabetes
, family history.
Simply, one blocks the feeding artery to part of the heart muscle and low flow, or no flow causes ischemia which cause death of the heart cells, which is a heart attack! 
myocardial infarction is the medical term.Ekg and lab tests show the damage.

Heart Attack: Yes, tests can always miss things. If you want a more accurate answer you may benefit from an outpatient stress test if your doctor agrees and you have risk factors. Having said that, stress itself rarely causes a heart attack. What stress does is however make you often feel like you are having one.

Tests: Tests can definitely miss, however the work up appears comprehensive in ruling out a heart attack. Were any of the tests, ekg's, specifically, done at the time you had the symptoms? D-dimer is a rather non-specific test and in your case appears to have signaled a rather nonspecific inflammatory condition. Musculoskeletal conditions remain highly likely and further work up should clarify.

Classically: Angina pectoris =substernal pressure, pain with radiation to the neck or left or right arm and shoulder.
Some will have abdominal pain-and be confused with gallbladder or stomach symptoms.
Ladies seem to have less classic// or tolerate pain better than men.
Relief with Nitroglycerin is very suggestive.
A feeling of impending doom, pallor, sweating suggest a bad day!
