Danger: No. Please do not take HGH on your own.  It is very unlikely to change your genetics and is only used in extreme and specific instances.  DANGER is the best I can tell you with red blinking lights.  Please do not do this on a whim or hope to extend growth when you are otherwise normally healthy.

Exercise &amp; nutrition: Seriously!  Exercise, good nutrition, and yes, deep restorative sleep, are necessary to get exceptionally stronger and healthier. Rather than focus on your Testosterone &amp; Growth Hormone levels, focus your attention on exercise, good nutrition &amp; adequate sleep. If you're still not satisfied at that point, then go see your family doc who can evaluate for other causes holding you back. Good luck!

: How much taller you can grow depends on having open growth centers. These can be analyzed on a simple x-ray of your wrist/hand.  If you have open growth centers, you can grow taller, if not, you are done. Most males grow until 17-18 and reach the average of both parents height plus 2.5 inches.

No.: No one with closed epiphyses of the long bones can grow taller with growth hormone--the bones just grow thicker.  There exists no scientific evidence that massage helps children or adolescents with short stature to grow faster--they need injections of growth hormone by a pediatric endocrinologist.
