Talk to your DOC: Tricort (Triamcinolone) binds to glucocorticoid receptors &amp; potentate steroid like activity. Heavy fatigue, weight loss &amp; motion abnormalities are not a routine side effect unless there are adrenal suppression or severe hyperglycemia related dehydration. Its a interesting Q. You should see a DOC &amp; rule out adrenal insufficiency, other endocrnopathies &amp; DM.

Fatigue yes/WL maybe: A flabby heart that is unable to pump properly means that not enough blood is properly circulating. And this can cause feelings of fatigue. However, a enlarged heart is unlikely to cause weight loss unless there is very poor blood flow and there is also muscle loss. Usually, cardiomyopathy results in weight gain because of slowing metabolism.

Consider tumor.: Weight loss and anemia can contribute to both fatigue and dizzyness. The question is is the anemia related to the pelvic pain.  Hypothetically the answer is yes. Tumors of the sigmoid colon, rectum, bladder, uterus ovaries or prostate can cause anemia and the related symptoms although high on the list are colorectal cancers. See your md for possible colonoscopy and/or ct scan of the pelvis.
