Fatigue yes/WL maybe: A flabby heart that is unable to pump properly means that not enough blood is properly circulating. And this can cause feelings of fatigue. However, a enlarged heart is unlikely to cause weight loss unless there is very poor blood flow and there is also muscle loss. Usually, cardiomyopathy results in weight gain because of slowing metabolism.
