Wart freeze: Wart freeze would work. Also can be shaved or cut using sharp scissors after numbing with ice cubes. Tying them with a thread if they are big enough is another option.

In all honesty...: ...I discourage people from doing this because of risk of bleeding, infections and scarring. That said, if you're going to do it anyway, clean the skin and a very sharp pair of small nail scissors with alcohol, and snip them off. Big ones can bleed quite a lot, so let your doc do those. An old folk remedy is to tie thread around them, but that seldom works. Otc "paint on" products are worthless.

Some : Some people are prone to growing skin tags.  They tend to grow in areas where skin rubs on skin (eyelids, neck, under arms, etc).  They are benign.  They are easy to remove and will not grow back... But you will grow more.
