Do skin tags grow back once removed?

Not likely: Not in the same spot... They can come back other places though.

Depends: Skin tags are common small benign growths. Removal is simple with a scissors or scalpel. Incomplete removal can lead to recurrence, but over aggressive removal is not appropriate either as more scarring may result.
