Don't think so.: I have not seen any studies showing benefits of vit.E on fatty liver. But we know that with strict diet, and avoiding alcohol will help to protect your liver from future complication.I am not aware of benefits of vit e in this case.

Unknown: as to whether they are effective. There are studies on both sides of this issue, and the majority of studies have not shown efficacy of either medication in preventing the progression or promoting the improvement of liver inflammation.  This is particularly true with vitamin E, where all studies have shown lack of efficacy. A few studies of milk thistle have shown small improvements, but most not.

Good: Ok as long as you don't drink alcohol , unfortunately it a progressive disease. You have to be under good medical supervision, some end stage liver disease patients need liver transplantation.
