Infection: May be localized or systemic.  Do be properly diagnosed you need to be physically examined, you may need lab tests, you may need imaging.  Please see your General Physician to properly start the diagnostic process.

Need more info: Fatigue, myalgia, arthritis could be a result of a rheumatic disorder such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis. Has nothing to do with your hysterectomy, although following your hysterectomy you might need estrogen. You need to see your primary care physician and have some blood work to include sed rate, RA titer, FANA as a screening

Many possibilities : There are a lot of possibilities that could cause your symptoms including: viral illness like mono syndromes (ebv and cmv), possibly mosquito-borne illnesses like west nile, etc., collagen-vascular diseases, valley fever (cocci), histoplasmosis, leukemia or other cancers.  Get yourself checked out asap.

Hot flashes: Congrats on a new baby.
Breast feeding may be tough but gets easier over time.
For now you should make an early appointment to see your obstetrician. I am confident that she/he will help you feel better.

The bone and joint aches might be arthritis but I don't think that is the case. Bring that to your obstetricians attention.

: dsDNA is quite specific for SLE, not for PSA. I will be surprised if you were not diagnosed with SLE with that dsDNA titer. If you have any doubt, positive Smith antibody should confirm the diagnosis with your current symptoms.

Virus : Yes. It can also be the flu or other virus . HIV testing is done for the viral load after 12 days of new contact, the antibodies (the standard test) is not positive  after 12 days. Yes I have seen  patients with new HIV present like a flu.

scarlet fever, an illness characterized by a rash
 inflammation of the kidney (poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis)
 rheumatic fever, a serious condition that can affect the heart, joints, nervous system and skin
 
the risk of developing severe complications from strep throat is low in the United States.

IV iron: Even with full replacement of low iron stores, it can take up to a month to make 2-3 pints of blood so i suspect that is why your teen is still tired. The nausea and joint pains are symptoms which can be seen following the administration of IV iron. Please notify your teen's md about these symptoms so they can determine whether or not something serious is going on.
