This : This sounds like a mild case of gastroenteritis (stomach flu or food poisoning). The symptoms usually resolve in about a week or so. The key is to maintain hydration and eat a bland diet until the symptoms subside. If more than a week goes by without resolution, she has  a persistent fever, or you notice blood, mucus, or parasites in the stool you should bring her to a doctor right away. Otherwise, she should be a lilttle better everyday.

Cramps: If you have the urge to move your bowels but can't, work from below by inserting a glycerin rectal suppository or dulcolax suppository. If no results apply a fleets enema. If cramps persist and no bowel movement,you'll have to be examined for fecal impaction or other causes of incomplete intestinal obstruction. This would be best done in the hospital emergency room. Could be serious: Abdominal pain can be caused by serious conditions that require  emergent or delayed surgery (appendicitis, gallstones), infections (utis, pid, diverticulitis) that require antibiotics, or more benign, even harmless circumstances (constipation, gas pains). Unfortunately even these simpler causes may themselves be caused by something more  serious. Go to the er or see your doctor right away.

Study: I think it's critical to study the behavior of your stomach cramps. How are they related to your meals? How about bowel movements? How about anger or anxiety triggering them? Any new meds over last month? If no discernible pattern - a structural abnormality, rather than functional might be at the root of it. If this is the case a thorough gastroenterology evaluation might be needed.

Some causes are rotavirus and bacteria toxins such as staph and bacillus specie.
