is it really big deal if i have cream in coffee 7 hrs before fasting blood work? i find it hard to believe that could badly mess with results.

Fasting Blood Work: Well it may or may not "mess with the results" as you say. It depends on what is being tested for. Are you waiting until afternoon to get the blood work done because that is when your appointment is? Why not go to the office as soon as they open to get your blood work? Then you can have your coffee and cream. If your fasting sugar is 125 you don't have diabetes,if 126 you do. Any difference?

Fasting: Yes. Of course. Every primary care specialist will advise you to avoid calories when you are fasting. So water and black coffee are the two things that are allowed. Every office I have worked at tells their patients this when they are told to fast prior to coming in for these lab tests.

The answer is.......: Headaches can be from a single cause or multiple sources.  An overbite alone will not cause headaches.  However, occlusal (bite) problems such as biting prematuraties, collapsed bites, displaced jaws, misaligned teeth, habitual bites, etc. May cause muscle spasms, joint symptoms, and referred pain, all of which might contribute to your headaches.  Consult your physician and a dentist.

Yes: Fasting labs are generally aimed at looking at blood lipid and glucose levels.  These would generally be unaffected by moderate water intake prior to testing. Actually, being dehydrated when the sample is drawn may more likely cause abnormal values. 

A caution would be if you were to drink excessive amounts of water and diluted your blood.  This would be unlikely in normal circumstances.

Good: Ok as long as you don't drink alcohol , unfortunately it a progressive disease. You have to be under good medical supervision, some end stage liver disease patients need liver transplantation.

intermittent chest pain. bpm around 90 resting. blood work normal and work out regularly with no issues. did some cocaine.. less than a gram. would this be palpitations or symptoms of a heart attack? never drank coffee and quit red bull 4 months ago

Chest pain, BPM round 90: Did the palpitation occurred at the time you were doing cocaine? . Cocaine induces, coronary artery spasm, and depending on the dose the spasm may be of a high level, well documented cases of MI and death have been reported. I would strongly suggest to drop the drug, as with time, the addiction will have no return, go to a clinic for addiction, is free, and see aDr. to help you with medication

i now have all the symptoms of a liver injury: 50 normal-mine is 450? (enzymes-liver)
whats going on, am i in serious shape? and could a coffee with cream before blood work affect lev

Liver injury: It's difficult today you have a liver injury. There are many insults that can cause liver enzymes to go high temporarily, like an infection or even some medications. But after a few days, they should fall back down to normal. One isolated value isn't as concerning as a more longstanding trend. It's unlikely your coffee caused increased liver enzymes (unless it was more Bailey's than coffee.)

can eating a bowl of chocolate ice cream (don't remember if i drank soda with it) about 10-11 hours before blood work effect glucose reading? i didn't know i would get blood work otherwise i would have completely fasted. bloodwork done due a cold?

Your result should be accurate. https://medlineplus.gov/lab-tests/fasting-for-a-blood-test/ If your test result is abnormal, you can repeat it under ideal conditions prior to initiating therapy for diabetes or prediabetes.  HgbA1C tests your average blood sugar over the past 3 months. Avoid sugar while sick. It impairs the immune system.
