Accepted Answer

Probably not: Low blood counts (anemia or low white blood cells) would be extremely rare side effects from ciprofloxacin, if it occurs at all. You and your doctor should look for other causes.

Low white count: I would consider the possibility that you have a viral process and that is lowering your white count.  Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is not know to cause low WBC count.  As to your vitamin E level you can try taking a mixed tocopherol daily or try the following foods:  wheat germ, corn, nuts, seeds, olives , spinach, asparagus, green leafy vegetables, vegetable oils.

Urine infection: Bladder infections in some women can be very stubbord especially if you have "interstitial" infection . See a urologist with special expertise in GYN/UROLOGY

Probably: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) should not cause problems with your MS or blood pressure.  Usually you need to take it at least 5 days for bladder infections

There is a problem: Known as interstitial cystitis that can have this presentation.... Call, make and keep an appointment with a urologist or urogynecologist for more evaluation.

See your Doctor: If you are not on your period, please see your doctor to check for the source of the blood. If the source is urine need to check for kidney stones amongst other causes.
