Yes: That would be OK.  You only need to take the Iron if you are deficient in Iron or if you are anemic.

None: If you have a specific and proven deficiency, then take that vitamin or mineral.  Otherwise, save your money and get a gym membership.  Multivitamins are generally worthless, while exercise has proven health benefits at any age.

Not best plan...: Some vitamins are not safe in pregnancy in high doses.   For this reason its best to avoid regular adult vitamins because the dose may be too high.  There are gummy prenatal vitamins if that is what you are able to hold down.   They are sold at places like CVS, Wallmart and Amazon.com.  Best wishes!

Controversial: Not clear that one requires a menu of supplements if consuming a standard balanced American diet.  This is so contentious that it is possible to find a plethora of opinions online, and hard to say how to proceed.  Your multivitamin may or may not be safe, and may not even contain listed amounts of supplements.  A good source is "Consumer's Reports" where this has been studied.

When fully mature: I will assume you mean an adult multivitamin as vitamins come in so many different preparations.   Generally, the needs an adult multivitamin is designed for are to provide basic supplementation after physical maturity.  However, many conditions alter the need for and tolerance to specific vitamins.  Therefore, if you have any medical condition it is best to ask your primary care physician.

No vitamins necessar: If you are eating nutritiously you don't need additional vitamins. Save your money and buy some new clothes.

Stop Flinstone vits: Most MVI's are taken once a day. Better to get better quality multivitamins that are well absorbed. At 80 pounds, you only need one tablet of a high quality multivitamin.

Aleve?: OK to take naproxen with vitamins. Note that normal people eating normal food derive no benefit from vitamin pills. "Mens 50 +" multivitamin is not a magic pill. There is a multi-billion $$ industry promoting unnecessary pills to unnecessary people.

It depends: There are hundreds of different multivitamins of varying strengths. Some are designed to take one a day and others are formulated with the intention you take 8/day. It can be hazardous to take too much iron (men should not take any), pregnant women should avoid too much vit a, very high doses of b6 can cause neuropathy- so it depends on you, your individual needs & the type you are taking.
