Supraclavicular node: Supraclavicular nodes never should be ignored. At your age, my biggest concern would be some type of lymphoma. You don't have to have night sweats or fever - these just classify stage if you have lymphoma. I have rarely seen these nodes enlarge with mono, but I would consult an oncologist if your primary care doc doesn't refer you for biopsy.

See a doc: Please consult your doc.  It can be from infection, inflammation or other problem in the system.

No: Bell's palsy is due to paralysis of the 7th (facial) cranial nerve on one side.  Hearing is affected by damage to the auditory division of the 8th cranial nerve.  It is possible, however, to have the same causative agent affect both of these simultaneously, although unusual.  The enlarged lymph nodes are also a result of whatever is causing the paralysis rather than a part of bell's palsy.

Could be many?: Swollen lymph nodes could indicate an infection by bacteria, virus or fungus.  It could mean infiltration by tumor.  The significance would be determined by your clinical presentatiion.  Older patient?  Younger patinet?  Known acute illness?  Known or unknown cancer?  The lymph nodes above the clavicles drain/filter  the head and neck.  If this is new i would get checked.  If old, ?.  See md.

Yes: Hsv1, the virus that causes cold sores, can definitely make these lymph nodes enlarged.  If you have an active sore on your mouth, and your neck and collarbone lymph nodes are enlarged and sore, they should improve as the sore improves.  If you don't have a sore, they don't improve, or you have painless, enlarged lymph nodes, you should be examined by a doctor.  Don't wait too long!

: I'm uncertain whether these are all interrelated, but I'd ask for a diagnosis of the rash by a dermatologist. I assume blood work has ruled out leukemia &amp; infectious mononucleosis. I would also ask a surgeon to perform a lymph node biopsy to get a definitive answer of the significance of such widespread lymphadenopathy. He/she can also examine the bump on your keg.

Chemo and/or radiati: Your case is too complicated for a simple answer.  You need to be in a cancer center where your treatment can be tailored to what your specific case requires.  Sorry i can't provide more info.
