Feeling high / dizzy: It doesn't seem like a fall with symptoms 2 months later could be related-- unless you banged your head when you fell. Feeling "high" could be a cause for the fall-- I wonder if your heart is OK. Were you checked for arrhythmia? Two things affect these symptoms - brain and/or heart - so I think this is serious enough to get checked out by an MD.

Costovertebral: It's possible that your strained your costovertebral joint/s (where your ribs meet your spine). Usually this resolves spontaneously, but can hurt with deep breathing and movement. If it doesn't improve in a few days, please see your PCP for evaluation.

Back pain: Generally no. Extreme injury neurologically can cause muscular dysfunction but would be obvious. Gas is generally produced by bacteria acting on in digested or partially digested food stuffs. The treatment for back pain including opioid pain medication could alter bowel function with constipation and flatulence.

Yes: Yes, you can have pain radiation down into the groin or into the leg.  There can be radiation of the pain from the back without any affected nerve roots in the back and/or there can be irritation of a nerve root in the lower back that supplies part of the leg and you may feel pain in the distribution of that nerve root. There are other things that can also cause groin pain.

would a back injury cause consistent leg pain amount other anomalies? my back has been hurting for months and it feels like what i eat affects me in odd ways like odd body sensations, i also noticed my body parts tingle more mostly, feet,  arms?

: If your injury caused a herniated intervertebral disc pressing on a nerve root, referred pain into the leg may well occur. This wouldn't explain generalized tingling in body parts. A neurologist would be best to evaluate &amp;advise you. Appropriate testing will be performed.
