Probably no STD: Syphilis can cause a body-wide rash, but not hive-like and usually not itchy. If you think you're at risk for STDs, get tested. But an STD is not a likely cause of this rash. Depends on what type: Albuterol mdi's may cause a bad taste for some but shouldn't cause oral problems.  Steroid mdi's or powder units can cause oral problems like yeast infections (thrush), throat irritation and hoarseness in kids or adults but also, rare effects can include mild osteoporosis, cataract and glaucoma development, mood changes, weight gain and extremely rare - cushing syndrome.

No: None  to  my  knowledge  ,  but  to  breath  you  need  inhaler  and  as  far  steroids  are  concerns   why  not  go  for  singulair (montelukast)  ?

A few days: It will generally resolve a few days after starting an anti fungal medication.  However, the more important issue is how to prevent thrush in the future.  With steroid inhalers it is best to rinse your mouth and throat before and after using the inhaler.  Most people are only advised to rinse after use of the inhaler.

Allergic reaction to: Stick with your Brand name product! Most likely generic equivalent has inactive ingredient which caused you allergic reaction. Talk to your pharmacist. Take antihistamine as well.
