This drug is metabolized primarily by the liver so your doctor may want to check several levels to ensure it doesnt rise.

How is your brain fu: How well is your brain functioning now. Encephalopathy means impaired brain function which can happen after any acute insult.But it often goes away. Have you recovered all your thinking functions now or still have any residue in terms of impaired memory or intelligence?

Common: In my experience, epilepsy in young people and with generalized seizures is more apt to run in families, but a neurologist would be better qualified to answer this question. However there are many patients with various types of seizure disorders that don't run in families.
