hi, from past few months i have been noticing a lot of weakness in my body. i also feel shakiness in my hands and suffer from cramps in legs and feet.

See a physician: You should consult a physician. Who can examine you and run some lab test to rule out other causes of weakness and tremors like anemia  hyperthyroidism and medications.I guess that you may be suffering from dehydration, hypokalemia or hypoglycemia which is causing your symptoms. In the meantime you cut back on all caffeine nicotine and alcohol intake. See your internist for work up asap.

17 year old male boy, ive had a pretty strong vitamin d deficiency for around 7 years. could it be the reason behind my slight hand shakiness, dizzy when standing up quickly and general fatigue? or does vitamin d not affect anything?

: The symptoms you described are not consistent with vitamin D deficiency.  Severe vitamin D deficiency leads to skeletal deformities, tetany,  and seizures.

Palpitation: anxiety, hyperthyroidism can be the cause of the symptoms ,although heart disease can do it also , but in a 21 y/o it is unlikely but not impossible

Maybe: Your symptoms suggest dehydration as at least one contributing possibility. Out of control diabetes can surely cause dehydration, so it's possible that you're right. But there are certainly other explanations as well. Simple testing, like a blood sugar, will answer the first question in 30 minutes. Perhaps you should engage a primary care physician to review all of these concerns?

Almost certainly not: Being left handed is a result of slightly different brain area functioning and connections. These can make some skills easier or more difficult and learning to do things in a right handed world can actually improve flexibility. But there is really no reason to think handedness is directly a cause of emotional problems. Superstitious people have feared lefties over time - calling it  "sinister".

Depends: Anxiety can cause you to have symptoms that do not in fact exist or to magnify small ones out of proportion. Magnification is likely as you mention it is noticeable when not active. In addition, having biked much myself, on long rides when put pressure on hands to the bars, it can cause slight loss of blood flow, hence tingling. Without exam, that is all that can be said.
