Initially maybe: The MS "hug" is indicative of spinal cord involvement, and may be a presenting feature, but could occur later in form of relapse.  If you have such problems, it could be due to a different cause and this needs sorting out.  If you indeed have MS, you should be placed on potent medication. Not really : Can be readily differentiated, but if you are having sharp right or mid upper abdomen pain, that is not an ms "hug", and you should have your doctor evaluate this.  Do you have ms or are you asking about another?

The "MS hug": ...happens when the muscles of the ribcage go into spasm, causing a tight, squeezing feeling (and sometimes pain) in the chest.  It may be triggered by overheating, fatigue or fever.  MS can cause spasm of any skeletal muscle, including the calf.  Other disorders can cause muscle spasms &amp; MS can get worse , especially if untreated, so it's best to see a doctor about your symptoms.

prescribed 10mg oral baclofen for "ms hug", experiencing nausea and vomiting. what can i do to alleviate it? pepto, ginger, mint haven't helped.

Use different med: Suggest considering a switch to an alternative medication which does not cause your symptoms, but might work well for spasticity, and perhaps tizanidine would be of value.  Ms hug usually refers to spinal cord inflammation, which should be treated with steroids or acthar, as could represent a relapse.  Also, do not see specific ms med on your list.  Do you have a neurologist?  If not, you need one.

what causes tingling in only one side of tongue? i have just that symptom that is all. could it be ms or anxiety? ms could do that single symptom?

Yes but....: While ms could theoretically cause this isolated symptom, as a male of 29 years of age it probably is not ms and is, as you say, just anxiety.  If the symptoms persist or if you notice other similar neurological symptoms you should see your doctor.

We : We sometimes see hand numbness and swelling with compression of the nerves as they come down through the shoulder under the pectoralis muscle. If the mri's are normal ms is not a consideration.If the ncv shows no nerve slowing at the wrist ask your doctor to feel for tight knots in the pectoralis minor muscle or just above the collar bone. This is treated with stretching exercises and is often seen with poor posture. It is most common in women with large breasts and in people who spend the day hunched over a computer keyboard.

Needs evaluation.: Although anxiety might be the cause, when one has neurologic symptoms, it's best to have a checkup with ones doctor to make sure it's not something more serious.  Anxiety itself merits attention.

Possible, but: The tests indicate no physical basis. Stress is a great mimic. I would see a Rheumatologist, to make sure your Ratnaud's is not serious. Nail fold capilaroscopy is a must!

Depends: It depends on your symptoms. You really should address simple evaluation with a general medical doctor to address your concerns and to rule out/in any firm diagnosis.

See your Dr.: Living with intense anxiety for days is not safe for you or your baby. Call your doctor and explain your symptoms and situation with breast feeding. First you must take care of any medical issues. Ask about help for any psychological issues you are going through. It's complicated living with an ms diagnosis and caring for a baby.
