for years i get twitches all over my body. for the past 3 weeks now my hand has been twitching. it feels pretty constant with small breaks. it moves my index finger. its my hand i use for writing and typing. no other symptoms. should i go in or wait?

Ant Bite: No.  If you have swelling or trouble swallowing take some Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and get seen asap.  Otw this should resolve on its own.

i get a crawling sensation alongside my pain. like 'ants crawling' . is lyrica (pregabalin) good for this type of sensation ?

Lyrica, (pregabalin) good choice: When selecting a particular medication considering comorbidities, safety, contra-indications, patient preference,  any history of mental health problems (eg, anxiety, depression) and existing medication history. For initial treatment for neuropathic pain ( 'ants crawling' ) Lyrica (pregabalin) is a good choice.

2-3 days ago i was bitten by a bull ant and ofcourse it stung\hurt a little bit. now, its really irritating and very itchy, there is also a lump. ?

Allergic vs normal: Under conditions you listed chest pain/chest tightness if this is since the ant bite you may be having a serious allergic reaction and need to go the the hospital as soon as possible.
An ant bite can normally cause all the signs you described. Local treatment can include over the counter steroid creams, peroxide, topical antibiotic creams.

Nerve issue: It sounds like she is having a problem with the nerves that come out of the low back and innervate the hips and lower extremities. She may have a problem like severe arthritis or other degeneration in her lumbar spine, or possibly a problem with a disk bulging on the nerves. There are various medications as well as physical therapy that can help- talk to your/her doctor.

You : You should be fine based upon what you describe to see the podiatrist tomorrow. The concern is whether this will get infected. A cellulitis on the ankle typically looks bright red and gets worse over time without treatment.Fever and chills and worsening in redness would be cause for immediate concern.

If : If the medication is treating other symptoms effectively, and you are experiencing some itching that is tolerable, then it should be ok. Nevertheless, itching is a sign of an allergic reaction. It is prudent to let your doctor know that this medication is causing an itch. Also look for other signs of allergic reaction such as hives, rash, swelling of the mouth and throat and redness. Let your doctor know about the itching, as he/she can prescribe something to remedy that.

All of this could: simply add up to a viral syndrome (mild infection with a virus which you will recover from without treatment) except the "ants in my head and body."  If these symptoms are following the use of stimulants (meth, cocaine), the "skin crawling" is not unusual ... even with alcohol withdrawal. It can also be from exposure to poisons/pesticides, mercury. Rest, drink fluids, see Doc in another day or two

Infection? Herpes?: There is no realistic possibility you have been bitten or stung inside your vagina by ants. If you have painful or itchy bumps or sores around the vaginal opening, you probably have genital herpes; or maybe a yeast infection; or perhaps an allergy to a hygiene product. See a doctor ASAP, the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis and for effective treatment if it's herpes.
