Unlikely: Without a clotting disorder, and on thinners it would be unlikely to develop a new clot. You should discuss this with your treating doctor for further treatment options. Consider controlled graduated compression socks, over the knee

Vascular damage: and clotting disorders, can increase the risk of developing post procedure blood clots.  Thrombophilias, (clotting disorders), inborn tendency for blood clotting, are more common than once was recognized. Testing for genetic variations, and history of previous clots can be helpful to know, but not all clots are preventable.

Not likely: The femoral artery that closed following a procedure is unlikely to open. What usually happens is small arteries called collaterals open up to preserve the circulation in the lower extreme ties. It is often inadequate and most often will require opening the artery by balloon angioplasty/stent or by surgery. This is often done as soon as it is recognized that the femoral artery has closed

had brachial artery blood clot complication after brachial accessed catheter angiogram. no heart disease.clot was removed surgically.  why do i have to be on plavix, eliquis, and aspirin now? why am i at a higher risk for another blood clot?

Injury to artery?: I assume the anti-coagulation is to be temporary and that some other clotting propensity has not been discovered.  It is probable that the initial catheterization and the surgery to remove the clot has produced minor injury to the artery wall, and you will require anticoagulation until that minor damage has healed.  If you have further questions, you should ask the doctor prescribing the thinner!

: If your oncologist seem not to say much then you should ask and have any doc ordering tests explain the test and reason ordered =then explain the results to you. It is not right to ask for tests without specific reason, each test is ordered to obtain specific knowledge to understand disease. Pl do that. Good luck and treat

Many things.: Assuming you mean in the veins not the arteries.
Blood clots in the arm arm divided into deep (more serious) and superficial. Deep vein thrombosis of the arm is most commonly seen in hospitalized patients that have certain kinds of long iv's in called picc lines. In a young person i often treat clot in the subclavian/axillary veins from "venous tos". It can be caused by repetative motion injury.

No to both: No to both.  Crack and any drugs you snort or inject greatly increases your risk of clots. Once a clot forms, nothing can stop it from moving except anti-coagulation, thrombectomy (surgical procedure), or placement of filter (blocks how far it can travel).
