Talk to your OB ASAP and seek treatment.

Your gynecologist ca: Seek help from your gynecologist.
Chronic cervicitis is self limiting, so no immediate treatment is needed. Just get your pap smear done once yearly and as long as it does not have any abnormal cells in cytology, nothing to worry about for the time being.

BV/cervicitis: Treating BV is not the cause of cervicitis, cervicitis can be caused by gonorrhea, chlamydia, ureaplasma, mycolplasma genitalium or viral infection, and treatment is needed to get rid of these organisms, reccurent infections can be due to re-exposure or inadequate treatment.

Cevicitis: That depends upon the cause. Many cases are due to sexually transmitted infections. Non-infectious causes can include intrauterine devices, contraceptive diaphragms, and allergic reactions to spermicides or latex condoms. Many of the std ones are due to hpv. This needs full discussion after careful assessment by your gynecologist.

See an OB/GYN: If you have these conditions you are already being seen by a gynecologist.  Why do you not ask them to discuss these with you in depth.  The cervical squamous metaplasia can be secondary to treatable infection, but because it can also be precancerous it may need more of a surgical approach, but this can only be determined by the person seeing and examining you.
