i woke up with a swollen left leg, ankle, foot and very painful knot on the upper calf. it affects my ability to walk. suspect knot is clot and doppler is ordered. suggestions?

Blood thinners: Your doctor needs to consider blood thinners at this time. Also a vascular consultation. If the clot is in the arteries of your leg then further evaluation and possible angioplasty may help. If the clot is in the vein then this is more of emergency and needs to be dealt with immediately. If you get shortness of breath or difficulty breathing go to er immediately.

while i can't walk and have problems with blader, i found strange reflex:when i turn shower to penis my leg muscles have some tilting. what is that?

Nerves: This is probably caused by stimulation of the nerve of the area, they come from the same area on the spinal cord.

Most likely bruise: Unless it was a severe violent action, it's unlikely that you have a serious fracture.  You could have a chip or a stress fracture, but those are unlikely.  Most likely you have a bone bruise or contusion.  This is when your bone swells from the inside due to trauma.

Erythema nodosum: Possible autoimmune response or purpura due to clotting disorder.

i had an ankle injury, which has gotten worse and it hurts to walk, and now my knee on the same leg is hurting. could the knee pain be b/c the ankle?

Yes.: The mechanics of walking are off with an injured ankle. It would be easy to also injure the knee in that way. Time to see a physician, xray if indicated, maybe a walking cast, at least compression bandage, crutches to take some of the weight off the leg if no walking cast perhaps, ice, rest, elevation. Exercise via swimming for now.

bad knee pain after broken ankle? dislocated knee two years prior to ankle break. now it feels like the knee is being pushed out of place when i walk?

Slipped meniscus?: Hard to be certain but we call this internal derangement of the knee. In this case you may have cartilage that slips about. You will need an evaluation  and imaging to clarify this.

my right knee grinds and my ankle from my right knee hurts, also my left knee hurts here and there but i am corncern more about the grinding feeling and the pain when i walk from my right knee. what can i do?

You can see: An orthopedist. Grinding in a joint is not a good sign and it sounds like you are compensating in your walking and causing other damage in other joints so have this looked at.

fell off a sidewalk & turned both ankles. skinned one + knee and landed on my back. left ankle hurts to walk on or turn in anyway. currently elevated with ice, but super painful. do i need professional help from an er?

: Recommend evaluation with physician to include xrays and clinical exam to determine if there is any instability or severe sprain.
