What is the problem?: Why are you even thinking of injecting b6. Is there anemia? If anemia is present, the cause needs to be determined. Almost no one needs b6 injected. And depending on who is doing the injecting, and under what circumstances, yes it can be dangerous or fatal.

Neurosurgical eval: A bleed in the brain can be ofseveral types.  If it was caused by a head injury, a subdural hematoma is likely.  It depends on the size as to whether it should be watched or operated on.  Large ones need surgery urgently.  Other types include a subarachnoid hemorrhage. Treatment depends on cause and size of bleed.  An aneurysm that bleeds needs surgery urgently.  Strokes can bleed, surgery only if.

: It is not going to travel as you envision. It will stay where it enters/imbeds in the foot until it is removed.

: Would have a hard time imagining how a sewing needle could enter the circulation and cause severe problems.  Rather would be concerned of the needle in the foot becoming a nidus for an infection with subsequent cellulitis.  Recommend a visit to a pediatrician.

No, it is pretty saf: I do not know of any serious harm from neurobion. But i doubt that it will do you any good. So stay away from such unproven medicines. There is no medical condition called low BP in a otherwise healthy person.

Aspirin: The latest data support that there is no indication and can cause more harm, if aspirin is taken for what we call "primary prevention". Primary prevention is if one is taking aspirin to prevent a cardiovascular event and does not have a previous cardiovascular event.
