Need more info: This is like saying my chair is broken, how can i fix it. It depends on the problem. Like gluing anything, the more surface area that touches the better. There are temporary crown cements at your drug store.

Partials can take a few days to a few weeks depending on the type of partial. If implants are used then longer.
