Wire bras: If the wired-bra is properly-fitted and you are wearing the correct size, unlikely wired bras would cause chest pain/breast pain. However, if you are wearing the incorrect size or have an allergy to the wire product, it may. Difficult diagnose w/o visual. Suggestion: go to primary care physician for an evaluation and go to a store to get an associate to measure and determine your correct bra size.

i have breast pain for past 1 week. its not even my time of mensuration. can it be caused by not using training bra at gym? what can be other reasons?

Use training bra: Well fitting bra or training bra may relieve the pain .Try to find if it is spot painful or it is only discomfort.There are unexplained pain in breast. : Well just to be sure I think you should do a urine pregnancy test. This can be done at home. As far as sleeping you can I have to try different ideas try with a bra and  without. Wearing or not wearing a bra will not change the swelling but it may feel better one way or the other. Same with position in your body just try to get as comfortable as you can. It’s  likely that it will decrease soon.
