Wire bras: If the wired-bra is properly-fitted and you are wearing the correct size, unlikely wired bras would cause chest pain/breast pain. However, if you are wearing the incorrect size or have an allergy to the wire product, it may. Difficult diagnose w/o visual. Suggestion: go to primary care physician for an evaluation and go to a store to get an associate to measure and determine your correct bra size.

Ill fitting bras: Bras that are not properly fitted, especially wired ones, can ride up over the breast when arm lifting and cause chronic pain.
