Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Np, the problem: With blood pressure in that range is not the short term issues, but rather the long term damage it can cause. Really high blood pressure, 200s/100s can cause scary things like a stroke, but in the range you were in, it shouldn't cause any damage to organs short term. Long term BP in that range might, but not short term. More importantly, did anyone figure out why you had high BP at your age?

Not sure: Positive nitrites in the urine is indicative of a urinary tract infection. I am not sure what blood test has to do with it, though.

Accepted Answer

Yes: There are specific tests for components of marijuana that will be detectable in blood and urine after use.  If you are applying for certain types of jobs and they will test you for 'drugs of abuse' then you should not have used marijuana for several weeks prior to testing, just to be sure the tests will be negative.
