i have impaired sensation for touch on left face, left palm, left foot. it increases towards the fingers. it reduced a little bit, but lasts for 4 weeks. 6 months ago i had numbness on left face only,ct of head then was ok. what is cause and treatmen?

: 1) You need to see a neurologist
2) The brain perceives sensation in the sensory cortex. The odd thing is - the face and the body issues are on the same side - generally right side of brain perceives left side of body - below the neck (so face and body issues should be opposite). The CT scan may not have gone low enough in the posterior brain/upper spinal cord to detect an issue.

Pressure: This is most likely positional, temporary and due to pressure on the superficial nerves of your scalp and has nothing to do with any brain pathology especially if you don't have this symptom any other time. A neurologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you if you have further concerns.

All at same time?: The only thing that comes to mind is severe hyperventilation which would begin with numbness in lips and mouth and could spread.  If this is happening you should see checklist for hyperventilation.  Good luck!

It sounds to me: like you are trying to describe a loss, not total, or change of sensation when you touch your head/scalp. This would typically result if there was injury (cut, laceration) that impacted the nerve supplying this area. Perhaps that area of your scalp is especially sensitive to a hair product/shampoo, etc. Change to a non-irritating shampoo, watch and wait. If symptoms intensify or expand, see Doc!
