Where is the pain?: there may be more than one cause but I can't tell because it's not clear where this is being felt. It can be due to a neurological issue or maybe due to Myofascial pain as we see these types of paresthesias in a lot of clinical settings which are not to do any damage. These are associated with Myofascial pain and one want to know if you have that. discuss these issues with your physician.
