: It should be. Paints used in homes today are usually latex/water based with no risk of lead exposure or petroleum fumes. The fumes generated during application &amp; drying are minimal &amp; not toxic to a fetus. Every individual may react more or less to these so a plan to keep the space well ventilated and possibly time away during drying would be recommended when possible.

: some thoughts: Stool softeners like Miralax are composed of polymers that grab water tightly &amp; hold on to it while going through the digestive tract. Over a 3-5 day period it can keep stools soft enough that you can pass them without pain. These products are not absorbed into the blood, which is how drugs get to the fetus.They are safe.

Not really: if he is otherwise active, healthy and developing well, also how is he doing re his height and head circumference, if all are matching and following a steady growth curve, he should be fine, you may want to recalculate his caloric intake and cut down if he is getting too much
