Not likely: Prostate gland grows under the influence of androgenic hormones as does prostate cancer.  Barring some rare genetic defect, that I am unaware of, a 15 year old will not have prostate cancer.

i was informed that an 8 yrs old boy  has prostate cancer. the boy was taken from his parents due to abuse. can this be true?

PROSTATE CANCER: Both the male hormone absence and possibly neurologic spread can cause these symptoms.

Depends: Depends upon how advanced the tumor is.  He may have many, many years. Ask your oncologist what the five and ten year survival rates for his cancer are.

May be...: After a successful rt for prostate cancer(pca), the patient will still require a lifelong f/u for possible rising psa after definitive rx; it's reasonable to do so every 6 months for the described one by repeating psa and with clinical assessment. Solar plexus pain is very unlikely related with pca. Instead, consider hypertension-related or idiopathic. Pca-related pain occurs in its late stage.

57 yr old male, prostate cancer (g3+4), poor prep colonoscopy and path result of colonic mucosa showing prominent lymphoid aggregates in transverse colon. iis there anything further that should be tested/done for this finding?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, what you described could be applicable to a normal colon.    Wish you good health!

53 yr. old male/psa 5.3. urologists digital rectal exam shows moderately enlarged prostate no lumps/nodules/hardening. gave flomax and retest psa in 1 month. urine/cbc normal. can prostate cancer cause enlarged prostate without lumps, etc? or bph?

: Prostate cancer can cause enlargement without nodule/hardening. One abnormal PSA is not diagnostic of Ca. Retesting and other tests need to be done for diagnosis. Psa is non specific and can be abnormal in both Ca and BPH. Your Urologist will also explain it when he/she sees you.

Very very unlikely: It is very very unlikely at age 26, but unfortunately anything possible in this world.
The youngest I have had , he was 40 years of age.

No: While i never like to say never, the chance of a teenager with prostate cancer is very close to zero.

20 to 30 years, 2% to 8%
31 to 40 years: 9% to 31%
41 to 50 years: 3% to 43%
51 to 60 years: 5% to 46%
61 to 70 years: 14% to 70%
71 to 80 years: 31% to 83%
81 to 90 years: 40% to 73%.

Rare, not impossible: Nothing is impossible
14 year old boys have a prostate, and any organ can get cancer
it would be extremely rare and likely the source of a journal article
in a patient that young, it would most likely be a rhabdomyosarcoma, not a traditional adenocarcinoma.
