The caloric deficit you will need to maintain to lose 20 lbs is way more than the piddly difference between the metabolic requirement.  To lose 20 lbs in 6 months you will need a deficit of about 400 cal/day every day.

No strenuous exercise during this time.

Lightly active =bmr x 1.375; moderately active (exercise 3-5 days a week) BMR x 1.55; very active, exercise6-7 days a week,  BMR x 1.725; extra active BMR x 1.9.

Please see your doc: That is some serious constipation!  With your other problems you really need to see a doc this week for a physical exam and appropriate testing to get to the root of your problems.  You may have thyroid hormone problems or something else that needs treatment.  Don't delay!
