i have a bump on the front of my right knee at the bottom of the knee cap that is new, firm, tender when i kneel on it, and slightly warm. ive always had knee calluses but never bumps. iam not on my knees for work. what could it be?what should i do?

Cellulitis: Cellulitis appears as a red, swollen area that feels hot and tender to the touch. It is associated with a break in the skin that has been infected. It requires treatment with oral antibiotics for the infection to clear. See a Dr for diagnosis and treatment.

i get calluses in between my little toes that i cut off periodically  sometimes  it hurts  so bad it sends pain thru my  whole foot  and leg shake?

Helloma Molle: Its a condition where calluses form between the little toes of the feet.  They result from the underlying bone of the opposing toes rubbing against each other.  Aside from removing the calluses, you could try padding the area.  If nothing helps, a podiatrist could perform a small procedure to remove portions of the underlying bone which are causing problems.

i have a scab that itches on my left leg, when i pick it it turns red and bleeds and comes back the same way kind of like a callus or a wart,it isblac?

Need to examine: A non-healing ulcer is a cause for concern. It may be a venous stasis ulcer, seborrhic keratosis, or less likely a skin carcinoma. It would be prudent to see a doctor and if need be, have it excised and tissue examined by a pathologist.

Don't think so: The wrist is a much more complex joint than the knees, but replacements can be performed at specialized centers.

Joint infection: Studies show septic arthritis causes swelling warmth pain tenderness, IMO the most important cause to rule out. Also, gout, pseudogout, ligament tear if there has been trauma, meniscus tear or other pathology, distal femoral defect, osteoarthritis. Without any more info, best to advise a full history and physical.

my knee feels like its going to pop out of its socket. its not incredibly painful, but there is pain.i have not done anything to it that i know of.  what do i do to stop it feeling like its going to pop out?

You need to be: examined to figure this out. You may need x-rays as well. Most likely physical therapy will be sufficient to treat this but make the diagnosis first. Make an appointment with a health care provider for this as soon as possible.

The swelling is a clue to the type of arthritis 
You will need to see a rheumatologist to evaluate your of arthritis

Impossible to: Tell without adequate examination.  But meniscus or ligament injury is possible.  It will probably not improve with time.  So get to an orthopedic surgeon for proper evaluation.

Knee Pain: The only way to know if you have a tear is with a good physical exam and/or mri. Unless you can identify an actual injury, it is unlikely you have a tear and probably need to strengthen some muscle groups, through physical therapy.
