Implants offer size increases that may be greater than grafts, but grafting uses natural tissue and is not foreign to your body. Done outpatient surgery, IV sedation usually.  Pick your surgeon carefully for experience.

If it's a chronic issue alleviated with stretching and ice, calf augmentation may not affect your knee issue. It's dependent on the severity of your injury and what your surgeon says.

Based : Based on your history i would not rec. Calf implant surgery.  The increased pressure from calf implant could increase chances of dev. A dvt, if you develop DVT this could go to your lung (called a pe) and you could die.

Calf aug: I think your best bet for calf augmentation would be autofat transfer.  This would be the least invasive and should not interfere with your knee injury in any way.
