Antacid-wo alum: You can try magnesium hydroxide tablets.  talk to your pharmacist.  Side effect can be diarrhea. Have you checked out why you are having  heartburn?  See your doctor.

Maybe: Diphenhydramine (benedryl) is not a sleep aid, but an antihistamine. If allergy therapy is warranted and the secondary drowsiness helps to take the edge off, then improved sleep may be achieved. However, some folks excrete benedryl more slowly, and drowsiness may extend through the next morning and be detrimental to alertness. Also, bladder dysfunction occurs in a few patients.

i'm currently taking nitrofurantoin. it says not to take antacids with magnesium trisilicate. can i take tums (calcium carbonate) which contain magnesium stearate?

Yes: How was the diagnosis made?Depending on presence of h pylori or not, you may need in addition antibiotics. Avoid nsaids and smoking . The brief diagnosis use of protons inhibitors or h2 blockers are relatively safe.

Glutathione pills?: You don't absorb straight glutathione orally.    It would need to be IV push.   Otherwise, you must be getting NAC,  which is a precursor to glutathione.   No harm.

'limus' drugs: These drugs are used for the same effects. Whether one is really more effective than the other is unclear. The sirolimus drug has been around longer than everolimus but in general the outcomes with the two drugs are similar.
