No: You are paying good money for pricey creatine. I am very pleased that you are using this supplement for your bodybuilding activities rather than anabolic steroids. It works, it's safe so far as i've heard, it's not cheating, and it will not make you grotesque. I'd say you're doing a good thing, and it will not show up as an illegal drug.

Creatine before: Creatine is a small molecule that helps with initial activity energy. It holds onto phosphorous in the muscle cells. Therefore, maintaining maximum creatine in muscle cells will allow increase sets, help sprinting workouts, it will pull water into muscles. 
So creatine after workouts, does not match its intent but ok if you took it everyday after your work outs cause that works for you.

Many side effects: A---possible known side effects: abdominal pain, nausea, renal dysfunction, seizures, arrhythmias, cardiac arrest, cardiomyopathy, dehydration, diarrhea, hypertention, strokes, muscle breakdown..
B--weight gain--but i guess this is what you want..

Limit searching to sites produced or at least moderated by professional agencies, like academic medical centers, public health agencies, etc; and be cautions about sites run by and people with herpes. (The same principle applies to most online searching about health problems.) Arginine has no effect on frequency or severity of HSV outbreaks.

Maybe not related?: Not sure why supplements would cause white spots on the skin. Rashes are hard to describe in words. Some whitish spots are dry, sensitive skin spots (a mild form of eczema). However, some fungal infections can look like whitish spots if the problem is mild (tinea versicolor causes such spots). A primary care doctor or dermatologist can look to see what might be the best treatment.

Won't do much.: Creatine won't have any benefit for you unless you trigger its entrance into the muscles through weight bearing exercise. You'll only be exposing yourself to the risk of kidney dysfunction.

hi my mother is 63 and her pressure is 160/88.she was under medication and her creatine level is 2.03 it's increased from 1.6. is this for pres med?

Pres med?: Not sure what that is, but consistent BP that high should be addressed and followed closely. Kidney's are a big part of BP regulation and kidney disease can also be a reflection if long standing uncontrolled BP. Certain medications can worsen kidney function, but dehydration is the number one cause. I recommend seeing a Nephrologist.
