Sleep study: Sleep apnea can only be diagnosed by a sleep study.  The increased snoring and feeling of throat closing when laying down is suspicious for sleep apnea but you can have these symptoms without sleep apnea as well.  Without more information i can't really blame the discectomy on your snoring/throat closing issues.  Your primary doctor can order a sleep study or you can see an ENT for this.

Yes  post. op : Complaint after this type of surgery especially when done at the upper or higher levels of the neck or cervical spine with most resolving over time.

Bone between two dis: This means there is an osseous (a bone) connection between the two vertebrae you had surgery on. Since the two are  connected, have  bone growth into it and attached it is called  a bone bridge

How do you feel?: There is a rough correlation between the findings on MRI scan and the degree of discomfort but it is only appropriate. Some people have minimal osteophyte formation and spinal stenosis with awful symptoms. For others it’s the opposite

Varies: The findings on the MRI are pretty mild.  A congenital fusion does not usually cause symptoms in and of itself, nor would the stenosis at that level.  A detailed history and exam correlated with the MRI would likely tell the cause of your pain and options for treatment.

Are you referring to: complement C3 and C4 levels? They are snapshots of what is going on with your immune system, but they tend not to vary much over a period of weeks.  They are reliable indicators of immune efficiency, or deficiency if applicable, over a period of time.   Hopefully you were not taking the test because of autoimmune reasons.

See details: I have never heard of c4c  or c3c   C3 and C4 are serum complement levels. Their major clinical use is the monitoring of lupus nephritis.

Ask ordering dr.: Cervical spine instability is usually assed by flexion and extension lateral projections using plain radiography or CT. Usually performed when people have cervical spine pain possibly related to trauma. Borderline instability probably means there was equivocal movement of C3 on C4. Finding has to be correlated by your physician with your symptoms and physical exam.
