Incomplete data...: Yes, of course. But, it would be wise to re-ask this question with more facts such as what is your blood pressure now; what was it before? How soon or fast did the ramp up to the 20 mg dose happen.  But, without your current blood pressure and a bit of history this question is not easy to give a full answer.

Depends on...: Person asks, What is the equivalent dose of Bystolic to inderal? Depends  on what one is using the meds for. For BP management one can start with Bystolic as low as 2.5mg to the standard dose of 5mg and up to a maximum of 40mg a Day. Inderal has a wider range from 10mg to average range of 120mg-240mg/ day. But one can go up to 640mg on rare occasions. Standard dose for Inderal is 40mg x2/Day

i'm on bystolic (nebivolol) 10 mg. and have been on beta blockers the last three years. i missed my dose today. if i don't have it at all today will anything negative occur?

Half-life: Bystolic (nebivolol) has a half-life of up to 19 hours. At that time 1/2 of the amount in your body will have been eliminated. If you have been taking beta blockers for 3 years, it is a good likelihood that missing one day should not present any problems. Dont let this happen too often however.

Minimal: Not sure what you are referring to as uta. Bystolic (nebivolol) is a BP medication. Hydrocodone does have some CNS depression. That is not that high of a dose, but is not a medication you should be taking on a regular basis long term.

what equivalent dose of propranolol er to replace 5 mg bystolic (nebivolol). do you need to wean off bystolic (nebivolol) if you are moving to propranolol er. ? thanks.

20-40: There is no definite equivalent dose.  5 mg of bystolic (nebivolol) is a fairly low dose and would like be equivalent to 20 or 40 mg in propanolol la.  Both are beta blockers, so there is no need to wean.  You can switch directly from one to the other.

i recently started to take bystolic (nebivolol) 5 mg twice a day.  i am now getting pains in my upper chest and arms. last night i missed my dose. reaction ?

Chest pain = call MD: If you are getting chest pains with or without arm pains, it could be related to high blood pressure, low blood pressure, a heart attack, or other things.  You should definitely call your doctor, and consider coming in to the office and/or the emergency department asap.  Let me know how you do!

does beta blocker nebivolol (bystolic) lower heart rate at the lowest dose 2.5mg, if so by how much. if you stay at the lowest dose do you still need to taper down when discontinuing the drug (by cutting the pill)?

: It should still have the bradycardic effect at the lowest dose but estimating how much is not easy because it varies individually. Yes, you can taper to one every two days for 4 days then one every three days for 6 days then stop if you really want to be safe. However, I would say most people can stop immediately at the lowest dose of 2.5 mg without significant rebound effect by my experience.

i have been taking bystolic (nebivolol) for almost a year now but if i miss a dose i feel this tingling sensation in my legs and i'm very irritable..any advice?

Take medication: I know it sounds silly but take medication on fixed schedule and you will do fine. Abrupt withdrawal of beta blockers can have these syptoms.
